These hand drawn and painted butterfly wing earrings with silver posts are painted in lush iridescent greens, blues and black paints with a small streak of yellow. They are inspired by the beautiful pattern and colors of the rare Birdwing butterfly, native to tropical rain forests and coastal lands of New Guinea. The metallic paint catches the light with shine and iridescence like the live Birdwing.
