TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
We take great pride in offering beautiful artistry created by women artisans from around the world. Because of the nature of hand-made, artisanal production, there will be some variations in color, texture and sizes that reflect the individual artisan. We consider this part of the intrinsic beauty of these creations.

Quantities of each product are limited. Some are one of a kind. Because these are artisan creations, we may not be able to obtain similar products in the future.

SHIPPING:
We process and ship all orders within 48 hours or by the end of the second business day. We want you to enjoy your purchase as soon as possible.

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once the shipment has been processed. Our preferred shipper is FedEx.

We are currently offering standard shipping. Because some items require special handling and packaging, we will charge a small handling fee. This amount is disclosed on the product description page. Shipping charges are clearly stated during the ordering process.

We are only able to ship to one address per order.

At this time, we are only able to ship domestically in the US, to street addresses. (No PO Boxes.)

BACK ORDER AND OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Because many of our products do come from artisans in remote areas, sometimes there are unavoidable delays in international shipments. All items not currently on hand but available for future delivery, will be clearly stated as BACK ORDERS on the product description page and in the shopping bag. A time frame for shipment will be given. If not shipped by that date, the order will automatically be cancelled and your account will be refunded.

We appreciate your patience.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
On rare occasions, an item may become out of stock when the order is being processed in the warehouse. We will contact you to see if you would like an alternative product and will immediately ship you the rest of your order.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. Please keep in mind that our products are artisan creations, most produced by hand and will therefore have variations in color, size and texture. These are intrinsic features of artisan products.

Because quantities of these artisan creations are limited, we cannot offer exchanges.

All returns must be authorized within 10 calendar days from the date of purchase. Please email us at returns@original-women.com for a return authorization number.

Please include the returns # and a copy of your invoice along with the items you are returning.

Shipping charges will NOT be refunded.

Once we receive the merchandise back from you, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been processed.
